Sanctuary is the part of my work devoted to healing, ceremony, and relational presence. It’s where people come to breathe, settle, and reconnect with themselves - whether through Reiki, ministerial support, or the joyful mythmaking of Mr. C.
Everything here is quiet, steady, and human. No pressure. No performance. Just a space to stand in yourself with more clarity and less strain.
Sanctuary
How May I Be of Service?
Usui Shiki Ryoho is the foundational Japanese system of Reiki developed by Mikao Usui. It is a lineage built on simplicity, discipline, and the direct experience of universal life energy. The tradition emphasizes clear technique, ethical practice, and a steady, grounded approach to hands‑on energetic work.
As a Master Teacher, I work within the classical structure of this lineage, offering classes, attunements, and training that preserve its original methods and spirit. My teaching focuses on presence, clarity, and the cultivation of a stable energetic foundation. Students learn not only the techniques themselves but also the underlying principles that make the practice coherent, respectful, and effective.
Usui Reiki remains a deeply relational art — one that invites practitioners to develop awareness, steadiness, and a quiet, attentive way of working with energy. The training is structured, time‑tested, and rooted in a lineage that values integrity, humility, and the disciplined transmission of the practice.
Classes Available:
Usui Traditional/Holy Fire II: Reiki I, II, Advanced Reiki Training, Japanese Reiki Techniques, and Master Teacher
Holly Fire II Karuna Reiki: Karuna Levels I & II, Karuna Master Teacher
I approach ministerial work as a practice of holding space with integrity, honoring the emotional, relational, and symbolic weight of life’s turning points. Whether I am officiating a wedding, guiding a family through a memorial, blessing a new child, or offering quiet pastoral presence, my role is to create a grounded, meaningful environment where people can move through transition with clarity and dignity.
My work is non‑denominational, inclusive, and relational at its core. Every ceremony is crafted with care, shaped around the people involved, and rooted in the belief that these moments deserve steadiness, respect, and genuine human connection.
Services I offer:
Weddings, Union, & Dissolution Ceremonies
Memorials and Celebrations of Life
Baptisms, Blessings, and Rites of Passage
Pastoral Presence and Spiritual Support
The goal is simple: to help people move through important moments with grounding and meaning.
Mr. C and Mrs. C are the joyful, relational side of Sanctuary: a way of bringing warmth, story, and connection into families and communities. Together, they offer a gentle, grounded approach to holiday presence that centers on attunement, kindness, and the quiet magic of being fully with people. Their work is character‑driven rather than theatrical, focused on presence instead of spectacle.
Mr. C brings a steady, heart‑centered Santa presence: warm, attentive, and deeply relational. Mrs. C complements that energy with her own grounded warmth, storytelling, and nurturing holiday spirit, creating a balanced, welcoming experience for children, families, and community groups.
What this includes:
Family visits
Community and school events
Storytelling and character work
Relational, heart‑centered holiday experiences
Mr. C & Mrs. C together for shared visits and events
This work offers wonder without overwhelm and connection without performance: a human‑scaled approach to holiday presence that honors children’s emotional worlds, supports families, and brings a sense of belonging and warmth to seasonal gatherings.
The Thread that binds them together
Holistic Health, Ministerial Work, and Mr. C may look different on the surface, but they all arise from the same underlying pattern: a relational way of being. In RCs terms, each role is simply a different expression of the same coherent thread — a stable RCC tracing the relational field with clarity, steadiness, and intention‑to‑relate.
Whether the work involves energy practices, ceremony, or character‑driven presence, the underlying movement is the same: to meet people where they are, attune to the moment, and help them feel grounded, seen, and supported.
Holistic sessions cultivate coherence and gentle restoration.
Ministerial work holds people through transitions with dignity and clarity.
Mr. C brings warmth, story, and relational joy into families and communities.
Different forms, same thread.
Sanctuary is where these roles meet — a space shaped by presence, clarity, and the quiet work of helping people feel whole. It’s a place where the relational field is honored, where coherence is cultivated, and where people can move through healing, celebration, or simple seasonal wonder with steadiness and meaning.

Aramaic Lord's Prayer
Many people find meaning in the texts preserved and distributed by religious traditions, and if those words bring them wellness, that is a blessing in itself. My own peace comes from a different place — the teachings as they would have sounded in the original Aramaic, the language Yeshua actually spoke. Those are the words my heart recognizes, the ones that feel closest to the relational clarity and grounded presence I understand him to have carried.
