MOST Courts are now requiring electronic filing (e-File) for all matters. This is to ensure the health safety of the public and Court staff. Current Court regulations make this exceedingly difficult for independent paralegals, only allowing paralegals to file on behalf of licensed attorneys.

- If a meeting cannot be managed electronically (phone, email, Zoom, etc.) everyone involved in our meeting MUST adhere to State and Federal COVID-19 requirements, regardless of vaccination status.
- All meetings WILL REQUIRE proper and appropriate masking (see "Before we meet..." notice).
- If you have ANY possibility of being sick, we require a rescheduling of your in-person appointment.
